螺杆机油的保养及更换

螺杆机油的好坏对喷油螺杆机的性能具有决定性的影响，良好的油品具有抗氧化稳定性好、分离迅速、清泡性佳、高粘度、防腐性能好，因此，用户必须使用纯正的本公司专用螺杆机油。
The quality of screw oil has a decisive impact on the performance of the oil injection screw machine. Good oil has good oxidation stability, rapid separation, good foam clearing, high viscosity, and good corrosion resistance. Therefore, users must use pure screw oil specially used by the company.
新机磨合期500小时后进行首次油品更换，以后按使用说明更换新油。换油时最好同时更换油过滤器。在环境恶劣的场所使用缩短更换周期。
The oil shall be replaced for the first time after 500 hours of running in period of the new machine, and then the new oil shall be replaced according to the instructions. It is better to replace the oil filter at the same time when changing the oil. Shorten the replacement cycle when used in harsh environments.
更换方法：
Replacement method:
起动空压机运行5分钟，使油温升至50℃以上，油品粘度下降。
Start the air compressor and run it for 5 minutes to make the oil temperature rise above 50 ℃ and the oil viscosity drop.
停止运行，当油气桶内存无0.1Mpa压力时，打开油气桶底部的放油阀，接上储油罐。放油阀应慢慢打开，以免带压润滑油四溅伤人污物。等润滑油成滴状后关闭放油阀。拧开油滤芯，把各管路里的润滑油同时放尽，换上新油滤芯。
Stop the operation. When there is no 0.1Mpa pressure in the oil and gas tank, open the oil drain valve at the bottom of the oil and gas tank and connect the oil storage tank. The oil drain valve shall be opened slowly to prevent the splashing of pressurized lubricating oil from injuring people and dirt. Close the oil drain valve after the lubricating oil drops. Unscrew the oil filter element, drain the lubricating oil in each pipeline at the same time, and replace it with a new oil filter element.
打开加油口螺堵，注入新油，使油位在油标刻度线范围内，拧紧加油口螺堵，检查有无渗漏现象。
Open the filler plug and inject new oil to make the oil level within the range of the oil scale mark. Tighten the filler plug and check for leakage.
润滑油在使用过程中必须经常检查，发现油位线太低时应及时补充新油，润滑油使用中也必须经常排放冷凝水，一般情况每周排放一次，在高温气候下应2-3天排放一次。停机4小时以上，在油气桶内无压力情况下打开放油阀，水泥杆 保定空压机 保定古筝 塑料增韧剂 拱形护坡模具 保定空调维修 托辊设备  托辊生产线出冷凝水，看到有机油流出时迅速关闭阀门。
The lubricating oil must be checked frequently during use. If it is found that the oil level line is too low, new oil shall be replenished in time. Condensate water must also be drained frequently during the use of the lubricating oil. Generally, it should be drained once a week, and once every 2-3 days in a high temperature climate. Stop the machine for more than 4 hours, open the oil opening valve when there is no pressure in the oil and gas drum, drain the condensate water, and close the valve quickly when you see oil flowing out.
润滑油严禁不同品牌混合使用，切忌润滑油超期使用，否则润滑油品质下降，润滑性不良，闪点降低，极易造成高温停机，引起油品自燃。
It is strictly prohibited to mix different brands of lubricating oil, and it is strictly prohibited to use lubricating oil beyond the specified period, otherwise, the quality of lubricating oil will decline, the lubricity will be poor, and the flash point will be reduced, which will easily lead to high temperature shutdown and oil spontaneous combustion.
